Accessibility

There is current legislation that requires that services you provide be accessible to the disabled. Those whose audience has a high proportion of effected people should be amongst the first to focus on this.

However, aside from those conventionally labelled disabled it is important to understand that tackling accessibility properly means that your website will become more user-friendly and available to a much wider population too.
