There is a whole ecosystem on the internet that is built around blogs and they can produce vast amounts of traffic. Search engines enjoy them too because they produce so much content. Blogging shifts communication from a top down, one to many broadcast where someone transmits their statements and the audience listens and acts to a situation where the audience gets to speak back and chat amongst themselves.
Keep people up to date with latest news of your products and services and what’s going on in and around your marketplace. Take part in and contribute to the conversation to take hold of and cultivate your public perception - understand that your market is an audience that needs to be listened to and who can be learnt from so encourage them to provide feedback and ideas.
