To make a fully dynamic website it is wise to use a good content management system. This will allow you to easily update your website or part of it online using forms via an online system that is password-protected so that only you and those you trust have access.

Often clients prefer to manage their website themselves now. Content can often be updated more frequently which means that information on your site is more up to date, of a better quality and consistency. It keeps content separate from design which makes updating more easy as you don’t need to deal with the code, and means that you can better maintain the integrity of your design. Another benefit is that you can share the load and allocate responsibility for particular sections to dedicated teams or individuals. It also means that you can do so when you want and not have to fit into the schedule of your web designer. Having a CMS also often allows a website to be developed more quickly and thus cheaply, though this will depend on your project particulars.
